Great Unit So Far, April 9, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Brand New Kenwood DNX6990HD 6.1" Double Din Navigation/DVD Receiver with Bluetooth/HD Radio and Pandora Control for Iphone (Electronics) Well, I wanted a nav unit for the first time, and after scouring the internet and reading sparse information available on such a new unit, I pulled the trigger and ordered it. After installing and tweaking the settings to my liking, I can comfortably say that I am happy with my purchase. The unit so far hasn't reset on me like I've read elsewhere, the sound quality is great - I even had to turn the gains down on my amp as the fronts were so loud that I couldn't hear the rears coming off the deck (this is coming from a Kenwood Excelon x693) so I guess the preout voltage is more than adequate.
+ The menus are plenty speedy enough with little lag, and switching sources is plenty quick and seamless.
+ The navigation works okay, but I'll know more as time goes on. It gets a fix pretty quickly.
+ The satellite/hd radio works great, sound quality is much better than the stock head unit.
+ Bluetooth synced with my android phone no problems.
